Robert has a strong interest and passion in knowing about human perception and has been studying and researching about human perception for over forty (40) years. He has authored this book on the human visual system titled The Human Holographic Visual System, released May 2025. The book deals with how the visual system captures light waves to gather raw visual information about the immediate surrounding outside environment. Robert is currently working on his second and third book projects. His second book is a continuation of the visual system and how the subjective component of perception manipulates the incoming raw visual information to produce a mental model of reality. The title of the second book is The Human Lens of Perception and may be ready in about a year.
Another strong interest for Robert is the study of systems and systems thinking which helped when writing about the visual system and perception. Systems and systems thinking helped Robert become a nontraditional independent researcher with an unconventional approach.

These illustrations show how the visual system produces image disparity which is the first step in creating three-dimensional vision. These process are discussed in great detail in chapter seven and chapter eight in the book: The Human Holographic Visual System.
Robert does not have the credentials of the typical vision science researcher. However, Robert strongly believes the book: The Human Holographic Visual System presents a message that is more important than the messeger.
Robert is retired and his past professional experience was in human resources and organizational development specializing in self-managed work teams and the management of self-managed work teams. Robert is knowledgeable and has experience with the concepts, principles, and processes related to social-technical systems and lean enterprises/lean manufacturing.
